Refund Policy

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment and before a shipping label has been created. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Returns

Due to the nature of research products, Prestige Peps does not accept returns of opened, used, or altered products.

Damaged Orders

If an order arrives damaged, customers must contact Prestige Peps within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the package and contents.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact Prestige Peps within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds, replacements, or store credit may be issued at Prestige Peps’ sole discretion after review of the claim. Prestige Peps reserves the right to deny refund request that do not meet the requirements outlined in this policy. 

Research Use Only

All products sold by Prestige Peps are intended strictly for laboratory and research purposes only and are not intended for human or veterinary use.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Prestige Peps is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding delivery issues. Prestige Peps will assist when possible but cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for carrier-related issues.
